Without burning out, even if you've already read 200 books and nothing stuck, and you don't have to blow up the life you've already built.
Reality is a mirror, and you have been shaving the mirror. In 90 minutes I'll show you how to change the image standing in front of it instead. No vision boards. No affirmations. No positive thinking.
Save My Seat
The problem: You end the day tired and can't point to what you actually spent yourself on. The headline, the family member, the competitor's post, the argument you had in your head at midnight.
The mechanic: Pendulums are the structures that live on attention, and they hold you with exactly three strings: guilt, duty, and obligation. You'll learn to run an attention audit, find which string is on you, and stop paying rent on things you never agreed to.
The proof: Tom went from living paycheck to paycheck to generating over $50,000 a month in gross revenue and started his own offer after we pulled his attention back off what was eating it.
“I went from living paycheck to paycheck to making over $50,000 a month. I also built my own offer and created a business that’s truly mine.”
The problem: You know exactly what you should do. You've known for months. And you watch yourself research instead, get almost ready, and not send the email.
The mechanic: Your intention is the gas, your goal is the steering wheel, and your importance is the brake. Most people drive with both feet down. You'll learn how to check whether the goal is even yours, how to reduce importance without stopping caring, and how to spot the doors that open once your foot is off the brake.
The proof: Kelly left teaching and moved into a completely unexpected new professional track that was not on her list when we started.
“Pain is the event. Suffering is refusing to move past it.”
The problem: You start strong, it gets hard around week four, and you drift. Then you decide the story is that you don't finish things.
The mechanic: Momentum, not motivation, is what carries a person. You'll learn how to bank a win every day off the process rather than the outcome, how to build an evidence board that programs what your brain is allowed to notice, and why the environment you sit in beats willpower every time.
The proof: Steph came in wanting momentum in her acting career. Inside 90 days she was booking more work and making more money. She finished the year and signed on for a second.
“The greatest gift I've gotten is being able to choose, and to have that space to choose and not react.”
I'm Owen Hunt. Most people online know me as Bootsy Greenwood.
I help capable people 35-60 name what they actually want and stop getting in their own way about it.
On paper: I've got IMDb credits as a film producer and writer. I'm an Amazon bestselling author. I built a YouTube channel to 20,000 subscribers and a million views with no ads and no budget, and a community of 4,400 people in a little over a year. I've hosted events with Gene Simmons and Peter Gabriel, spoken at Confluence, and done comedy on the Impractical Jokers cruise. I've coached over 100 people, including actors, Olympic trainers, chief information officers, and a long list of founders.
Here's the part that's actually relevant to you.
Before any of that I was a broke, lonely bartender with no direction who had read over 200 self-help books trying to fix himself and had not fixed himself. Before that I was a conspiracy theorist in my dad's basement who was completely certain he was the awake one. I've reinvented myself about six times: musician, raft guide, Outward Bound instructor, bartender, producer, comedian, and at one low point the owner of a cleaning business I started purely as a vehicle to fund what I actually wanted. I was building a cage and calling it a plan.
In 2016 I found a strange 900-page book translated from Russian, written by a former quantum physicist. I thought parts of it were nonsense. Then I stopped trying to believe it and started running it like software to see what it did.
It did this: 60 pounds gone, cigarettes gone, drinking gone, and a life that finally belongs to me. I've been teaching it publicly ever since, and translating it out of the abstract and down onto the ground where a normal person can pick it up on a Tuesday.
I call myself a blue collar mystic. I'm from West Georgia. I try to keep things simple enough that I can use them too.
My step by step guide to getting your heart and mind aligned to the same goal and getting your foot off the brake, which is the single most common place I watch capable people stall out. It's the second mechanic in a workbook you can run this weekend.

Ninety minutes. Three mechanics. The model I've been teaching since 2016, on the ground where you can pick it up and use it this week.
Stop shaving the mirror. See you Wednesday.
